AWA is based on the social and moral teachings of the
Roman Catholic Church. Pope Paul VI's encyclical
Humanae Vitae and John Paul II's Theology of the Body
are at the foundation of our counseling and treatment plans.
AWA serves the Gainesville/Alachua County community,
including University of Florida and Santa Fe Community
College students.
Services are offered to all regardless of ability to pay.
Our goal is to treat the whole person--body, mind, and
spirit--with corresponding medical treatment,
education, and counseling.
